I have a cheap grinder with felt. I have an average white "and a blue polish. I get the big problem with scratches scratches made in the buffer. I get small scratches scratches. I can not fully and bright, and no traces. I know that record stores are using similar equipment (not the CD cleaning machines, a buffer zone with a mysterious connection) and the CD still quite bright, and no small scratches on the left side.

I have also tried Scratch & Swirl Remover.
