Routine: Billy Camp Ultimate DVD 50 minutes with weights (resistance bands broke)

Routine 2: Rope 10 minutes, lift weights 3 sets of 14 to 4 years

My goal is to define and lower body fat to see my abs

Billy should exercise the training field to work better, it would be like aerobics without stopping and it would be to build muscle in more places, like all the abdominal muscles and arms
