MAGIC MELON
Fragrant and Fresh
Ingredients:
12 oz / 350 g honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
2 kiwis, peeled and quartered
4 lychees, peeled and cored
Kiwi extra for garnish
Methods:
Put all ingredients in a blender and stir until smooth. Pour into glass and serve chilled, decorated with kiwi.

Cleaning and conditioning
Ingredients:
1 gram pound/450 watermelon, peeled, seeded, if desired, and cut into pieces.
1 lemon, peeled and halved
1 sprig fresh rosemary, needles do
To serve ice cubes
1 slice of watermelon and rosemary extra for garnish
Methods:
